Shahla Abdullayeva resides in Berlin and has extensive experience in various social service and management positions. From 2023 to 2024, she served as the Facility Manager (Einrichtungsleitung) at Stephanus Stiftung, where she was responsible for managing 21 employees and overseeing the general administration of refugee accommodation centers. During the same period, she also held similar positions at Volkssolidarität Landesverband Berlin e.V. Prior to this, she worked as a Deputy Manager and Social Worker (Stellvertretende Leiterin and Sozialarbeiterin) at IB Berlin-Brandenburg gGmbH and was the founder and manager of MedGalata.

Educated in Baku, Azerbaijan, Abdullayeva holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Baku State University. She has also been involved in various academic projects, serving as a research assistant at the University of the Bundeswehr. She is proficient in German, English, Turkish, and Azerbaijani.

Shahla Abdullayeva specializes in the management of refugee accommodation centers, social integration, and support services. Throughout her career, she has led numerous social service projects and collaborated with various public and private organizations.

At Acunmedya Academy between January 4, 2019, and January 2, 2024, Shahla Abdullayeva has dedicated a total of 1980 hours to teaching, imparting her knowledge and experience to over 900 students, significantly contributing to their educational journeys. She has conducted classes lasting 11 weeks each, totaling 66 hours per class, delivering 2 lectures per week, making a substantial impact on her students' academic and language development. Through her dedication and commitment to her students, Shahla Abdullayeva has achieved remarkable success, and we extend our gratitude for her exceptional service.
